Welcome to SlippGames, a platform providing online speech therapy games designed for children, families, and professionals. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe to any paid plan. By using our platform, you agree to provide accurate information during account registration and keep it up to date.

2. Subscription & Billing

• SlippGames offers subscription plans that renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page. Cancelation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at customersupport@slippgames.com.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not resell, redistribute, or copy our games or software without permission.
• Accounts must not be shared between multiple users or organizations unless on a valid group plan.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for behavior that violates these terms or disrupts service for others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, games, branding, and code are the intellectual property of SlippGames or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse any portion of the platform without written consent.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of major changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

SlippGames is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last billing period.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
